
Cabbage
Try out this simple recipe for a low calorie, low carb, gluten free dish packed with vitamins and nutrients
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cabbage microgreens
- 1 egg
- 1 steak (whatever cut you prefer)
- 1 tbs chia seeds
- 1 tbs hemp hearts
- 1 tbs shredded parmesan
Instructions

Grille or pan fry steak to desired temperature.

Cook egg sunny side up. The white should be set and the yolk runny.

Spread cabbage on a plate.

Sprinkle chia seeds, hemp hearts, and parmesan over the cabbage.

Place cooked steak on the cabbage.

Top the steak with your cooked egg.

Break the yolk and drizzle over your steak and cabbage.
