
Rachel was born in Portsmouth, New Hampshire on February 23, 1979. She has 3 boys, Benjamin, Anthony, and Joseph. Rachel spent 22 years working in the food and beverage industry. She has spent time learning and working many different positions, from dishwasher to line cook to server to bartender to bar manager to general manager.
Rachel’s experience in the restaurant industry has helped her develop exceptional social skills. Her experience has also provided her with a keen sense of knowledge in the daily operations of restaurants and clubs.
After finishing high school, Rachel continued her education at the Community College of Rhode Island. With a growing family, Rachel took several years off from school to work and raise her family. In 2010 Rachel enrolled in online courses at the University of Phoenix where she received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Administration with a concentration in Marketing.
Rachel left the restaurant industry to join Rob Epple at AMC Video Productions in 2013 as his studio manager. As the studio manager, Rachel handled all administrative duties including but not limited to sales, client management, bookings, post production planning, hiring new employees, training, scheduling, job assignments, payroll, accounting, development of new products, advertising, social media maintenance, operations planning, and logistics. In addition to the administrative duties Rachel performed, she filled the role as assistant and lead videographer on various projects. Rachel has editing skills as well.
Rachel has a passion for people and education. She has spent time coaching soccer teams for the Smithfield Soccer Association. She also spent several years as a volunteer with the Cub Scouts of America. Rachel was the Treasurer of the local Pack for 2 years. She has also spent time working with Goodwill Industries and Habitat for Humanity.
